SUV TSURIS: Former Rams defensive lineman Tyoka Jackson may have been the victim of Escalade envy. No matter; he has won back the $12,000 it cost to repair damages to his Cadillac SUV after somebody broke into it on a car lot in St. Peters. St. Charles County Associate Circuit Judge Terry Cundiff rendered his judgment Thursday. Jackson sued John Bommarito Oldsmobile-Cadillac Inc. after he took his SUV there for repairs in late 2004. While it was there, somebody broke into the SUV and stole its navigational system, DVD player and other items and "just trashed it," said Jackson's attorney, Gary Siegel. He added that a Bommarito spokesperson said the dealership did not have a security department, a security guard or surveillance cameras -- just gates and a fence around the parking lot.
